I’ve served on the Grand Ledge Public Schools Board of Education since 2021. I’m asking for your support so we can keep GLPS moving forward.

Grand Ledge Public Schools shaped who I am. Just check out the cool picture of me in high school with my bassoon! My husband and I are proud Grand Ledge alumni, and today we are raising our two daughters here in the district we know and love. Serving on the Board of Education has been a meaningful way to give back to our hometown.

Since my election, I have had the honor of serving as Board President, Vice President, and Secretary, as well as on the Bond, Audit, and Governance Committees. I also serve as the Board-appointed representative to the Grand Ledge Education Foundation.

Outside of the Board, I work as a lawyer at a nonprofit organization that serves older adults and adults with disabilities. My professional experience has strengthened my commitment to fairness, thoughtful governance, and advocating for those who rely on strong public institutions.

I am running for reelection because Grand Ledge Public Schools is growing and improving, and I want to help keep that momentum going. Our schools matter — to our students, our families, and our entire community — and I am committed to continuing the work of supporting high-quality education in Grand Ledge.
